yo
i had a listen to both tracks.. the first one is a remake of the second? the squelchy meoldy is similar in both. i like the sound, its nice and clean. this is so far from what i listen to normally that i cant propable give a fair opinion in terms of music, but productionwise its nice and clean most of the time. good one!
in the 2nd song i dont like that dominating organ sound, but thats just an opinion imho, seems its much earlier stuff than the first one?
peace

the individual elements of it are really good, like i really like the beat and the bassline, but theres alot of clutter i think you could loose that would make it work better. still sounds pretty cool though man
r. mutt

burning prophet: I agree with you on the organ in my WIP, but I'm not done with it. Thanks for the input though! Appreciate the opinions.
fassyman: thanks for the comments, sir! Took a listen to your soundcloud btw and I really liked what I heard!

really like the use of the square synth thing with a bit of attack on it (only way i could think to describe that lol - hopefully you know what i mean)
i feel the pads in the intro are a bit obvious in terms of the notes played - i think using the same sound you could make something a bit more creative.
by about 2min the track is really working together well tho, and im enjoying it alot. all the elements are well made and gel together (i think)
however: i really dont feel the melody that comes in after the small breakdown - not sure why, i just think compared to the rest of the track the sythesis is off.... the actual riff is ok, but perhaps too high up, tried it an octave down? i cant put my finger on this one, just dont think it gels as such. something a bit gritty or with more analogue influence could work perhaps... not so sure.
hope this helps.
