kno dat cuz! I spend 1 hour on the tube each way for work every weekday, plenty of times for mixes! I would rave a bit, but my face is usually pressed against the doors, and more concerned about not rupturing any internal organs than raving.

got one of the worst headaches of my life today... sinus, tension, and migraine all at once... ditched my last period and just got in my car and screamed for about an hour, drove home without somehow getting in an accident, took some meds, managed to fall asleep (miracle!) for 3 hours, and now woke up and all three are for the most part gone.

still got a nose like a waterfall and a throat that won't let me talk, but i couldn't care less.

Productive morning/afternoon at uni with some synthesiser fun

good jkd training session (focusing on wing chun today)

went out with the jkd geezers for chinese buffet. Ate one of the largest amounts of food I've ever done and it was good shit then went for a few beers.

Wandered into the casino to kill time (can't sleep) largely out of curiosity and just happened to bump into some people I know. Had a good few hours playing black jack and hanging out at the bar there. Won a load of money. Lost loads. Made a bit back. Over all a little down but it was all in good fun so well worth it.

Now I'm at home chilling out and don't have to get up for anything tomorrow aside from a brewery tour round Skinners brewery in the evening.. AWWWWWWWWWWW YEAH

I know what you mean. This stuff is really strong, maybe a bit too strong as it knocks you out if you have more than a couple. I like to be stoned and not sleeping!

Get some chicken and chop into bits. Put in a bowl, cover with honey, chilli/hot pepper sauce, freshly ground black pepper, bit of cracked sea salt (not too much on that mind), couple of cloves of chopped garlic, mush together in a bowl, leave to marinate. Longer the better.

Fry in a pan til browned, serve with something to counteract the chilli. I'm doing cucumbers stuff with cottage cheese and topped with freshly diced herbs.
