I really like the synth work but it seems to start out of nowhere. Maybe bring it in a bit more subtly, start with it more stripped down and work into it. I like the higher melody that comes in later. I also feel like the bassline needs to hit a little harder, i like the way it sounds now but it just doesn't quite pop like it should
Over all I really like the concept of this tune and with a little polish it could be really great.

Cheers man i totally agree. Its definately lacking something, think as you say reworking the main synth will make a big impact.

maybe instead of using that "brush" on the snare you could use something with a little more punch? I like the filtered part in the middle, maybe a filter in the beginning would make a better intro?
