JOE NICE -USA-
Joe Nice is a 34-year-old Baltimore Dubstep DJ.The most famous American DJ playing Dubstep, Nice founded New York's irregular Dub War club night, which has hosted performances by British Dubstep artists such as Hatcha, Youngsta, Kode9,Mala, and Loefah. He performs regularly in New York, London (including at scene pillar DMZ),and elsewhere. He first heard Dubstep in 2002, at the Baltimore venue Starscape, and began playing it that same year.He has been praised for his charisma and stage presence. In 2005 music journalist Martin Clark also praised him for his access to new dubplates (in contrast to other American Dubstep DJs) and willingness to play tracks by lesser-known producers.In 2007, Nice was selected as one of URB magazine's "Next 100".
He has played the legendary DOUR festival where his set got burnt into everybody’s eardrums...

Distance was the first dubstep dj we booked back in 2006.
Its the 3rd time we got him over and he never dissapoints.
Distance as producer, DJ and label owner (Chestplate Records), has been pushing things in a direction all of his own. Gathering early support from the legendary John Peel and going on to be part of the utterly seminal Dubstep Warz show on Radio 1 presented by Mary Anne Hobbs, Distance has forged a name for himself as a critical figure in the scene.
If you’re a fan of heavy metal, industrial rock, dub, reggae and techno….then this is the sound for you. Though hard to relate these binary opposite genres together, somehow...Distance does just that
