Is it something Gemini is doing stereo wise? because it seems really powerful and in your face so maybe could have something to do with the stereo placement?
Thanks

Essentially. The only extra thing he's doing right at the drop compared to the rest of the song is a crash cymbal or a white noise stab with some delay on it. It's barely there but if you listen close you'll hear it.matb123 wrote:Yeah im kind of grasping what it is your all saying. Its kind of like taking out the main punch of your tune in the intro so that when it drops the brain thinks that there has been loads of power or volume added when really there hasn't been, right?

are you having a laugh? it sounds bloody terrible. No power, no energy NO GROOVE.matb123 wrote:Can someone please identify what it is that makes Gemini's tracks so powerful when the bass kicks in, for instance in this track...

agreed I only like blue off of his EP, because at least that one has some soul but the other songs suck, however his mix-down is pretty fucking good, and that is what has gotten him further than others. you can have all the custom sounds you want and sound like shit with a bad mix-down.serox wrote:are you having a laugh? it sounds bloody terrible. Sounds like a bunch of preset VSTs and vengeance drums on a grid with a horrendously cheesy vocal on the top.
