Whilst scientists were busy working away on the top secret project 'Operation Circuit Bent' another FDA approved pharmaceuticals lab was splicing the genes necessary to amalgamate Mr. Mister Bill.
The by-products from both these experiments were negligently leaked in to a nearby bay angering a school of dolphin geneticists. Neither laboratories taking the time to consider the consequences of their actions, the dolphins had spawned audiological water monster Mr. Sun In Aquarius.
Meanwhile the master designer of both the Circuit Bent and Mr.Bill projects, Mr. Tom Cosm, felt the pang of humanity that brings strong men to tears and causes countless mothers to make feverish calls to the police at 11 pm. He silently whisked away the newborn monstrosities Mr. Eli and Mr. Jesse and swiftly moved to the pharmaceuticals lab and extracted Mr. Mister Bill from hellish jeopardy playing experiments that the Angels of Death were running.
With the three bubs under arm Mr. Cosm sailed into a bay where Mr. Sun in Aquarius swelled to the surface and made his presence known.
Mr. Cosm then took them under his wing and formed a group of trained operatives hell bent on the destruction of corporate greed.
Unbeknown to the Great Banks that ran the world The Team soon found a way to travel into tomorrows future and yesterdays past.
