Of the producers I listen to often, would have to be Quest, 2562, Cyrus and Jack Sparrow.

Benga´s Newstep album had some sick percussion work too (Dreamgate is one of best halfstep tunes imho)

Surprised no one said Goth-Trad. He really deserves to be mentioned in this thread.
Other than that, Blawan, Joe, Shackleton, Lurka, Cyrus, LHF crew, Jamie XX and Teeth are pretty much the ones I'm feeling now.

Gotta go with Burial for number one. Easily the most original of all dubstep artists, hardly ever using samples that would be used by someone else for percussion. He samples a variety of video games, film and television series for his kicks and snares. The man is a wizard.

Also gotta shout Kromestar, his new tune 'Mental Universe' has some positively deMENTED triplet business going on. Next level percussion for sure. Another in that same vain would be Widowmakers track 'Zeta.'

Horsepower Productions also have pretty good percussions, even thought they are kinda "basic".

Boxcutter's drums are the best drums I've heard in dubstep, especially on 'Tauhid'.
