Who is the Goose? Jacques Greene is definitely not the Goose. The slow burn of anticipation that surrounds this young producer from Montreal, Canada, is growing day by day and WTG are happy to provide him his debut show in Manchester. His releases with “Lucky Me” and UK label “Night Slugs” have shown him to be a wizard in entangling the latest trends in bass music. Hyper-colour synths and RnB grooves laced with percussive 90’s house reflect a sound that is instantly classic yet at the same time uncompromisingly forward pushing. His new EP “The Look” is a perfect example of the J.G’s raw talent.

The Boogaloo Crew, hailing from South London, first became involved in the dance music world through the creation of their monthly club night Stick Up Kids. Their DJ sets were and still very much are made up of Hip Hop, House, Baltimore Club, and many wacky sub genres. They quickly gained recognition and were invited to become residents at London’s Trouble Vision club night, which has allowed them to play a long side world renowned DJs such as Rusko, South Rakkas Crew, Mary Anne Hobbs, Joker, Toddla T and many others. Check out the Rising Sun Remix, Heavy Bass Champions of the World Vol. II and the music of their brilliant other project Dark Sky.
