I'm of two minds about this show.

On the one hand, it's pretty basic, shallow science with flashy visuals and he states the obvious a bit.

On the other, it's fun, quite interesting and great to just lounge about in front of.

I was indifferent for the most part. The bit about entropy was cool though.

I think the best series the BBC have done recently is Human Planet.

I didn't like it as much as WOTSS. But I am quite happy to stare goggly eyed at Brian as my knees turn weak with his cosmic charisma.

Watched this yesterday. Wasn't feeling it as much as I was with Solar System (probably because i was falling asleep due to having not been to sleep) but was still interesting.

'How The Universe Works' is probably the best space program I've watched. So many "WHAT THE FUCK, THATS MENTAL!!!" moments.

Also Brian Cox is a badman.

Yeah not everyone is as advanced, intelligent, and astute as you, right?

Can't you people ever just sit down and enjoy something without negativity?

Not as good as previous, I think they knew this series would be real popular so have dumbed it down even more.

Good watching still.

No. We're not all one dimensional, relentlessly positive and bland members of The Polyphonic Spree.

808 posts, btw. You da man.

I just don't see why so many people here think of themselves as so avant garde and so ahead of the curve because they take fuckin' mushrooms from time to time and know that jesus isn't real. Stop being so cynical all the time, you might enjoy things a bit more.
