My First Dubstep Attempt (Please Critique!!)

Post by drew408 » Wed Mar 16, 2011 7:36 am

This is my very frst attmept at dubstep and I have learned a lot in the process. Please Critique and give me feedback, I am a very serious producer and want to get into dubstep more. I'm not too familiar with the common chords played or anything. Thanks in advance!

Was pretty good up until 50 seconds when it lost all the space in the tune!

ur going to get rinsed for leaving this in this section - you need to put ur tunes in the Dubs section for feedback - this section of the forum is for signed releases or people hyping established producers dubs...

i listened to your tune and theres some potential there but I would say stay away from overusing LFO's, very unoriginal in the scene currently and people will pigeonhole you, and also concentrate on the individual sounds you are using (bass, drums, synths etc) and try and get the deepest and highest quality sound you can out of them
