Ragga influenced UK Garage
Re: Ragga influenced UK Garage
Probably worth a mention as it was probably the biggest commercial raggage tune, but hard to forgive the overkill.
Re: Ragga influenced UK Garage
raggage? so glad that alternative name for dubstep didn't catch on
sticky did a sleng teng remix but can't find audio so i'll leave these here instead
can't find audio of this but the dub of this is ace
http://www.discogs.com/JKL-Get-On-Down/release/127367
kind of (proper) electro/ragga/garage vibes
the great thing about dubstep these days is that the genre walls are breaking down and people aren't just playing sets of dubstep

beat me to it hahaSentinels wrote:Guys... how could you?

Re: Ragga influenced UK Garage
Sadly UKG isnt up to speed to mix with the dubstep I mix but then again it would be completly out of place too! Hmm this is interesting, I might have to so a UKG special on my Sub FM show one Tuesday...
I always loved Onemans sets cos he always drops some old bangers from back in the day but I was always left thinking, "I got all dem tunes, why dont I mix it!" Time for some dark UKG me thinks!
