Drum and Bass driving sound?

That sort of increasing automation sound. How do I go about making that?

Modulate the Osc Pitch with an envelope so that it increases over time.
This vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FkW4bi7n6E shows you how to do it in Massive. Not Dubstep or DnB put the principle is the same.

Just take a saw and automate or envelope the pitch

This particular sound has one envelope modulating pitch... slowly, and the other is modulating frequency cutoff, or perhaps amplitude, or it could even be sidechain compression.... as with most production theres countless different ways :)
