When I lived down south I had and still have to some extent, a mixed up dialect of geordie, portsmouth and london. I also had to talk slower and after a couple of years my rhythm of speech changed, it's still very different to what it was originally.

Haven't found myself picking up anything online that I am aware of, maybe 'epic'. Some of the girls at work say "lol", makes me want to smash their heads on granite! Americanisms always slip into British language, some are better than others. 'Douche' is shit, reminds me of Kelly Osbourne :lol:
