Is dubstep just garage slowed down?
if anything dubstep is garage SPED UP...
have you ever tried to mix some old zed bias or wookie with skream or mystikz??? more often than not the dubstep tune will be pitched at 0 and the garage tune on +6-8 on the decks.

Yes most garage is about 130 init. I still prefure Girls Aloud though.
