K Koke Arrested For Attempted Murder

If you haven't heard already, UK hip hop mc and Roc Nation signee K Koke has been charged with attempted murder.

We informed you on the 9th of April 2011 that he was held on remand but we didn't wish to disclose the nature of the charge.

We can now confirm that Koke and 4 teenagers between 16 and 17 years old have all been charged with the shooting of a 27 year old male from South London at Harlesden Station on March 9th 2011.

K Koke, real name Kevin Georgiou, has been creating a buzz in the UK hip hop scene and it is a mighty blow to the star whos first full release under Roc Nation 'Pure Koke Volume 2' was due to be dropped on the 18th April 2011 but he is now held in custody until he returns to London's Blackfriar's Crown Court on June 15th

His appearance at Blackfriars Crown Court is thought to be a preliminary hearing where future court dates and legal matters will be settled, whether or not his lawyer will apply for bail at this date remains unknown at this stage but we will keep you fully updated as everything unfolds.
