Brickstep, new and improved

Post by Snarkleberry » Tue Apr 12, 2011 11:50 pm

Would definitely love some feed/criticism for my tracks, Brickstep in particular. I put a lot of work mixing it, and this isn't even the final product, but I'd like to know how Im doing so far. Thanks.

its a pretty cool tune, i really like the chords on the 3rd beat, but i would make the bass more sub-heavy, because the wobbles sound kind of weak. also make the drums a little louder, and a little more "punchy" if you know what i mean? besides that really nice work man!

Sounds cool man, nice stabs and bass, sounds like some strange mix between indie and dubstep, works though, although I agree with thesoup, some of the wobbles do sound kinda weak.

Sounds just like Dr Dre for some reason... i mean the notes, not really the production, no offense. The sub could be louder and the kick could be louder and the wobbles could be thicker, but all in all it is a good effort.

This is a remix of an Eminem track eh? It's dope man!

Personally I'd like a bit more drums and bass and a bit less of the chords.

Sounds golden to me though!
