Soundcard Detection Issue

Post by Arküris » Sat Apr 16, 2011 6:56 am

So I'm in the process of building a new computer. I got everything working right except that for some reason my soundcard isn't getting detected, at all. It's an EMU 1212m PCIe, which from what I've read so far does have quirks with getting set up, but no one has had a problem with it not getting detected (that I've seen at least). I'm using Win 7 x64 and an Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 mobo. I've tried disabling and uninstalling all other audio drivers, switching PCIe slots, taking out the daughter card, checking IRQ, and a number of other things but nothing seems to make a difference :u: I'm starting to think it may be a fried card (God I hope not :crybaby: ). Has anyone else run into this problem? Any solutions? Thanks in advance :Q:
