Tough question. Musical taste is so erratic and constantly evolving.

I'd say...

My Bloody Valentine - Loveless
Elliott Smith - Elliott Smith
Dinosaur Jr. - You're Living All Over Me
Actress - Hazyville
Pixies - Surfer Rosa / Come on Pilgrim

In No Order:
Nas - Illmatic
DJ Shadow - Endtroducing (obviously)
Bjork - Homogenic
Horsepower - In Fine Style
A Guy Called Gerarld - Black Secret Technology

There is way too many more that could make the list though but these seem to have some emotional hold over my memories.
