Would have said reason purely for those basses, along with dark tantrums as well.
Not sure how much of this is true but I'm pretty sure I've read/heard:
Jakes - Reason
Spor - FL Studio
Noisia - Cubase

Well, yes and no as far as I can tell, he keeps hardware alive if youve ever seen his studio, with him computers seem to be performance tools and sequencers, massive amount of real instrumentation and old hardware work in his stuff to though...
And for the guy who was unsure, martyn produces on logic and performs on live...

I've compiled this list over
here at the DaMuseBlog. If anyone has any further contributions to this thread... would you mind commenting them over there, and I'll incorporate them in the list? Would be helpful

Silkie - FL. (went ape shit on facebook about FL10)
Headhunter - Logic (pretty sure).
Cyrus - Cubase.
Vaccine - Renoise.
Jack Sparrow - logic, I think?

Fly-lo doesn't use live? Just for performance?

I forget what patches (and it was older stuff, so might be different now? but his drums do have that "FL swing" feel) .. it was one of those things where you're like "I know that sound, thats a preset on ___________" moments.

He uses reason (at least for 1983/LA) his engineer daddy kev mentioned it in a post on gearslutz iirc. Also remember reading a post somewhere from dude who sold him an interface or something saying how he throws multiple scream plugins on every track and how he smoked all his weed

Hmm I am pretty sure I read somewhere he uses logic, I think it was a link from here cause everyone thought he used an mpc or something.
Maybe it can be a new DSF mystery.
