Yeah for real. But when you planned it just right, you could do a whole mission just by pressing a few buttons - alpha, bravo etc. Sick game.... might dig it out.

Those games were so big at the time and still are now, tbf.
Wipeout 2097 was next level though. Zippin around, super fast, with the likes of Photek, FSOL, the Chemical Brothers and Underworld in the background. BAD!
