First track help?

Post by SuperRyDog » Tue Apr 26, 2011 4:59 pm

I just got to the drop on my first track and it sounds REALLY wrong, lol. I like the sound I have, but its missing something big and I dont know what (besides being not horrible). It sounds like it needs a transition? or beefing up? I'm really not sure. I feel like I hit a dead end :u:

Had a listen and your idea is pretty good just gotta work on your flow and transitions. Use risers and reversed cymbals to create buildups and work on your mixdown because that is clearly what needs the most work. Keep at it man it's all just practise
