DJ Shiva - Live @ Etikett Chicago 25.04.07 (forum dubbage)

Post by djshiva » Sat Apr 28, 2007 10:02 pm

Soooo...Chicago techno heads (and a few forum peeps) got their heads caved in by bass last Wednesday, and seemed to really enjoy it. Recording is here for your enjoyment. Starts out with very techno-ey dubbers and moves into the halfsteppish stuff, only to pick back up again. I purposely kept it varied to suck my techno people into the fold.

Favorite quotes from the night:

"You are blowing my friend's mind; he has never heard this shit before."
"I had no idea that I liked dubstep! *thumbs up*"
"Wooooooooooooooo! *drunkendroolthud*"

Tracklisting (as always, forum dubs/producers marked with **):
00:00 Kazuo - Cartridge**
02:16 Chris P - Meatgrinder**
03:53 Shonky - Blindfold**
06:36 random loop
07:04 NIN - Love Is Not Enough loop
07:59 Benga - Crunked Up (Tempa)
10:43 Kazuo - Purple!**
13:35 Toiminto - Tuesday Flow Dub (Swaeg.org)
17:42 Loefah - Disko Rekah (Deep Medi)
22:14 Juju - Punks (NarcoHz)
24:05 Skream - Chest Boxing (Tempa)
24:51 Skream - Chest Boxing (Tempa) RELOAD
28:58 Jason Burns - Cloud Nine**
32:10 random loop
32:24 The Bug - Jah War feat. Flowdan (Ninja Tune)
34:27 Max Ulis - Dig Deep feat. Cobra**
36:17 Marc Ashken - Roots Dyed Dark Skream RMX (Leftroom)
39:43 Phylyps loop (Basic Channel)
