Katy Perry ET remix
Hey everyone, i just finished this track and wanted to get it out there.
I wouldnt class the track as dubstep, but i guess has elements of the genre in it.
anyway, give it a listen. would love some feedback!

The vocals don't fit. Im terrible at trying to do vocals on a song. But clearly they don't fit.

Hi , the vocals are not in key with the song , be careful if you are warping in repitch ( in ableton for example ) it can result in pretty aweful mixes , i advise you to go and check out a tab of the original song (or use your ears ) to figure out the key of this song and transpose your midi channel to fit the vocals .

thanks for some actual constructive criticism.
i think i fell into a trap of hearing it so much when making the track, that my ears deceived me to think that the music + vocals worked together. i'll use your advice to see if i can overcome the problem.
