How do you get these type of kicks?

Like, it's high pitched, but it has bass.

It's probably a standard 808, but I've never used one so idk.

sampled 808. in hiphop, (most) people dont synthesize anything

If you're really lazy, download the Lex Luger drum kit (the dude who produced that beat aka Wacka Flocka - Hard in da paint) But any 808 sample kit will do.

most 808s are synthesized or get a tr 808 sample pack. there are loads for free on the web. and 808s are almost pure lower frequencies, so if you would want to synthesize one it would be pretty simple with just a sine pull the release up half way and boom you got a boomin kick. play at a certain octave that has the sound stand out the most then bounce it!
