Configure Disfigure

Post by Sliggy » Sat May 14, 2011 8:35 am

I'm new to this forum. Would love some feedback and opinions on this guy, first dubstep track I finished (I've been recording and playing metal for all of my recording life so far).

the production is pretty good, but I would say that even for this kind of music the wob soundz get a bit repetitive and annoying - more variation, more melody

I appreciate that :) yeah I wasn't really going for a songwriting exercise here, just screwing around with synths and production and trying to get some huge and heavy sounds before I actually write anything. Thanks for the feedback dude!

fair, in that case you've definitely achieved what you set out to do, the wobbles etc definitely don't sound too generic in any way. You've got a good foundation for songwriting here
