Re: 16 Year Old Producer| Need Feedback!
Did you really have to let the world know you are 16?
Re: 16 Year Old Producer| Need Feedback!
very nice for a young producer, much better than what I was makin at that age

Re: 16 Year Old Producer| Need Feedback!
big deal im 14 .but anyway that melody in with the bass doesnt really fit
Re: 16 Year Old Producer| Need Feedback!
The track itself is good, but lacks a lot of vibe. Needs more bass and more soundscapes in the background to fill up the middle of your wobbles. Other than that, shit is hot man, keep it up.

hahaha jeeze im just trynna get some help from the older/more experienced guys. didnt intend to proclaim my age in a braggy sort of way. sorry. yeah i know it does sound kind of pieced together. i made different sections of it over a long period of time. thanks for the feedback though. wait, ephylks: do you mean more sub bass or actually more wobble sounds? i do agree i need some more chords in the pad progression.
Re: 16 Year Old Producer| Need Feedback!
Don't worry about your age, I was making stupid sounds on FL when I was that age.
The chord progression initially is a bit blocky, could do with some melding together.Drums are fairly good, hats might be a bit high in the EQ.
( Might just be me ). You want to bring those mid-range synths right out to boost the dynamic feeling they bring.
For your second tune ever it's very good, wasn't this capable then. Good work mate!

Ah, don't worry about it man. I'm only 17. Just turned too. But more relevant, I was talking about the wobble bass. Give the track some OOMPH. Make it hit like a motherfucker and let the bitches go down to it. The music technique I use is to imagine a bunch of people waiting for you to drop a sick track. You gotta make it kickin'. Make those people get down and drop to the bass. Also, it doesn't have to be aggressive and all attack-y either, just groovy. When you compose dubstep make a sick beat. Drop that two step beat and throw some variation and flows in there like some fx and a swaying snare. The drop a slow steady bass over it and let it wobble. I'll make a tutorial on what I mean because I might be explaining this very vaguely, that is once I get my computer back from its failed hard drive.ToKaHoNtAs wrote:hahaha jeeze im just trynna get some help from the older/more experienced guys. didnt intend to proclaim my age in a braggy sort of way. sorry. yeah i know it does sound kind of pieced together. i made different sections of it over a long period of time. thanks for the feedback though. wait, ephylks: do you mean more sub bass or actually more wobble sounds? i do agree i need some more chords in the pad progression.
EDIT - After listening to your song again, a pro-tip would be to slow down the wobble speed. It's way to fast for the beat.

I'd have to agree with ephyks when it comes to the wobble speed. It is just too fast.
The tune itself isn't bad for being your second. Keep at it.
