DROP and SKABBLE are back for another soundclash on Friday 3rd May with Rinse Fm host and Eglo Records boss Alexander Nut as our special guest!
A bass music enthusiast and hiphop head at heart, Alex Nut is a fantastic selector, playing all over the uk on a weekly basis at nights such as Hoya:Hoya, Donky Pitch and Fabriclive. His weekly Mixed Nuts show on Rinse FM that's featued guest performances by the likes of FaltyDL, Kyle Hall, Om Unit, Teebs and Illum Sphere showcases Alex's passion for new underground bass music and led to him releasing the 8th in the series of Rinse Recordings mix CDs, joining the influential ranks of other CD curators Geeneus, Skream and Plastician. His Eglo Records label, which he runs with Floating Points, has put out records by the likes of ARP101, Dam Funk, Fatima, Funkineven, Floating Points and Mizz Beats. He is also playing at Outlook and Soundwave festivals this summer!
