i think a fair majority of tunes come from the heart, but when we talk about tunes that definitely did..

Everything Mala has produced, Coki's subby pre-tearout stuff, maybe some of his tearout, but definitely his pre-tearout.

Distance seems to put his all into pretty much every tune he produces
Rusko's remix of Dutch Flowerz / Girl from Codeine City (well, to be fair, anything rusko has done on the non midrange side of things, has been a work of art.)
Older Skream tunes, (probably not fair to say his new stuff isn't from the heart considering his passion and view on the topic, but i mean, when your making a song with midrange/womps etc etc, are you really making a tune to make people sit on top of a mountain with a J saying, wow, this is beautiful?)

but when i think of "made from the heart" it's a tune that makes people stop and think, wow, this is beautiful/amazing/incredible etc etc.
although making from the heart is almost unrelated to that, a tune that is made from the heart will most likely make you feel that way i think
