Hey, I'm Dubsty. Surprise inside <----

Post by dubsty » Tue May 17, 2011 6:53 pm

Hey guys, I'm dubsty!

I'm new here, but I've been checking out the various areas and topics of this forum while waiting for an approval, and I'm pretty stoked that I was able to find a community of people that are dubstep lovers like myself :)

Anyway, I'll start off my contribution with a nice fast-paced track. It's a pretty rare find and I think some of you may like it:

*NO SOUP FOR YOU*

This kind of surprise is like turning 18 and finding out that you was adopted when you was little after your parents died.

Yep, I can see that by the comments. Thought I did enough reading around here but then realized this is basically a community dedicated to stopping dubstep from evolving and changing. Whoops, definitely the wrong place for me.

Oh well since I probably won't even be back here again, it was almost nice knowing you all. :Q:

How myopic. Just 'cause people aren't digging the screeches doesn't mean they don't wanna see the sound "evolve". It's a not a strictly choice between 2005-era and tearout... the sound's gone in all kinds of directions, it's just this one is one of the most predictable (and imo, uninteresting/unexciting).

Sorry your thread got hijacked mate (people should probably stop doing that already...) but that was a pretty daft comment you made.

Is a generic YOYOYOYOYremix of a top 40 pop song evolution now? It's like a T-Rex realising it has really short arms, so it evolves to have tiny fucking legs too, and then what do we have? A giant t-rex that just wriggles about in the dirt because it "evolved".

Adding screeches on a pop track makes dubstep evolve and change?

:t:
