Love that dub sound, (what is it even called), classic noise in all dub tunes...? anyway, howd you get a noise like that.... The tune, fucking deep, sub is great. Description, like as if im flouting backwards down murky waters, next to a huge tree. anyway, at the second section, variate the sub, have a solid riddem, unless thats not what youre going for. Dubs variate nice, but its not enough imo. Maybe add more fx, thicken ambiance more. Maybe sample some vocals, add amance, whatever you want mate. Safe.

Yeah I like everything that's there, but it feels like it needs more variety. The old dub tunes by King Tubby, Scientist etc. had all kinds of different parts coming in and out, guitar, piano, horns, vocals, and all with different delay, reverb, filters, so the sound is always changing.

I'm glad that you liked it guys. But I wasn't going for making a track with a bunch of variation, i was going for setting a mood and using the few sounds which i had to create something simple. And yes, the sub could be more variated. Give it a download if you like

I got this sound by having loads of reverb to give it that "dub" effect which dub-music is known for. But the key is also knowing when the reverb is getting too much.

Nice track!
The sub is very low here, so this is normal if some people don't get it.
Good job!

The only time i've heard it on a serious system there might have been a bit too much bass. You can also see it on the sound waves. This is also why i need some feedback on the bass, what do you guys think?conclude wrote:huh, i'm not getting any sub over here? fresh and nice sound overall though. deep tunes are banging!

i feel like you could do more with the high hats... it would give it a little bit of rhythm... other than that a very relaxing song! the title fits.
