Using the audio 4 dj to produce

Post by mackbrowne » Wed May 25, 2011 6:44 pm

Hi,

I bought traktor scratch duo a bit less than a year ago.

It comes with the audio 4 dj box. Great little unit. 2 stereo inputs, 2 stereo outputs.

My problem is the audio that comes out of it is choppy, laggy, clippy and overall bad.

Using a macbook pro unibody
tested on : native macOS (using itunes), and within ableton. Both always giving the same terrible result. It works completely fine when using traktor scratch duo.

Anyone else trying to use this box?

iv heard of people using it before just fine. is it buggy in traktor as well? if so maybe you have a faulty unit? also check what your sample rate is set to etc. make sure everything is setup properly. look for driver updates as well.

Tried all of these things. Unit works completely fine with traktor duo, mentioned in the original post.
