the extended synth is good in the intro. I don't think you should introduce the snare or the midrangey bass until after the drop, especially as extended it sounds pretty horrible. I think the synth should stay in until the cymbal crash as when it disappears it kind of leaves a hole in the mix- it suddenly goes a lot quieter.
Don't think the cymbals on every beat works very well either- kind of clutters it up with highs. I think maybe you could do with some chopped up vocals above it aswell to give it some more interest- maybe a bit more eq on the mid range bass too, cut out some of the lows from it
