how about you make your own style of bass rather than copy someone elses.... be original people!

TURN THIS BACK INTO AN EXCISION / DATSIK THREAD, im at least getting somewhat closer to the bass, my friend came over and helped me make this sound, he made the bass, i threw effects and sh :q: on it and threw the drums and such in, please tell me what you guys think, ill upload the preset if you guys like it enough.

Yah dude, would be cool to mess with the preset. As for the effects and such, distortion etc... Everything really, u never know what might work on one spesific sound until you've tried ;)

it was done a while ago when I used massive. Unfortunately don't have the patch :( and if I did, it still took lots of processing since the original massive patch sounded pretty lame by itself

i think it was EQ, Multiband Distortion, Reverb, Filter, Stereo Shapers, and Resampling

Resampling is just exporting your loop, then bring it back into your DAW.
But many people use it as a word to say that they have added effects, exported, reimported, added more effects, exported, reimported etc...
It began as a way to lighten the CPU usage, but is now used to make crazy sounds that you cant make in your synth :W:
