Huzzah! First time I didn't have to post the link. That thread needs to be used more. Pretty much everything anyone will ever recommend is in there, plus the discussion was/is fun (there are about 10 different 'recommend me some good anime' threads :? ).
Still, I would just like to take a moment to say that Naruto is still to this day fucking amazing and has both deepened and grown up in equal measure. :U:
