Is doing the rounds at the minute. Won't be suprised if Adjawhan makes an offshoot group for it soon.
Anyway, I've had a few listens of a few tracks at this tempo.
Not really digging at the minute but it might be like drumstep, it may grow, it may grow.
Discuss.

I made a track at 100bpm, but it might not be the kind of stuff you're talking about. It's kinda like really slow dubstep.

I think it's way better then "drumstep". it has a super hip hop feel and very groovy to me. tek9 and koan sound have been killing it in my books for crazy 100bpm shit and I've recently started working in a song in 100 bpm and reeses

Experimented with 80bpm in my tune Get On Your Knees.
It works alright.
Really love Koan Sound - Mr. Brown.
and...
Reso - Technetium, but I can't remember what bpm that is.

i think technetium is 160- 170? but it does have a sorty of shuffling feel to it at the drop so I would also mistake it being a odd bpm than dubsteps set tempo(140)
i think a lot of other producers are going to start producing in 100bpm since. i have noticed a few known dubstep producers making 100bpm music which is known as glitch hop i suppose. but people have been making glitch hop for years man its just koan sound started this 100 madness with neuro funk/reece basses and it blew up like crazy now everyone is into it thinking its dubstep when its not. i really enjoy there music though. /end pointless contradicting statement i have written at 3 30 am.

Reso - Technetium isn't 100 bpm, you stupid kids.
100 bpm is hip hop and glitch hop. And KOAN sound generally uses a cheeky 98 bpm.

Easy mate, I just referred to that tune because it's at a different BPM to most.
The track starts off at 140 BPM... then hits somewhere around 100 BPM... then goes back down to 140 BPM.
AIGHT??

I find it funny when you get proven wrong by the guy that made the song...
Also, Sir Reso, you are a god.
Your "clean" distortion techniques really helped me
