Oh it's a hard life

I've been up since before 6am and sat at my desk since 7. On the plus side, the day is chilled so have spent the morning uploading my pics/videos from Barcelona to FB

Meh, I've got too many emails to sift through to really enjoy it.

Just signed up to do a 5k race in a couple of weeks as well - now trying to figure out a training plan before the 22nd

I'm trying to find somewhere on Google maps that is about 2.5km from my house, so I can run there and back. Closest landmark I've found so far is South Wimbledon tube, which is about 2km away, and where I ran to and back from yesterday morning.

I've found a tram stop a bit further up that is 2.4km away. That'll be my target from now on

Basically got to run there and back at least 3/4 times a week for the next fortnight. Might mix it up by doing some longer sessions on the treadmills, but other than that it's just going to be pavement work. Meh.

Good work, I've just had the second of my three salmon & salad wholemeal wraps. Being on a health kick is awesome

This day is going by slowwwwww. I was up 'till 2:30 last night producing since i finally hooked up some replacement speakers(shitty guitar amps). It's better than nothing though! Now im counting down the seconds until 5 so i can go back home, spark a bowl and continue working on the Sample Pack #31!!!!

It`s pissing with rain and dark as fuuuuuk here.
Busy checking some Jaguar Drawings before issue.

Hopefully fiddle with the DSF sample comp during my lunch.

Yeah right. Running with no clothes on, whilst getting whipped with wet towels is the worst. Believe me, Ive been through it and it really sucks.

Mate, this incident occurred 2 years ago on a Rugby tour to southern France. It was my 28th birthday.
