Serial Killers

Post by jaydot » Sat Jun 11, 2011 4:27 pm

A discussion about mass murderers/serial killers.

Bundy in my book was a bit of a cool bastard. But also very twisted and sick.

It's a strange thought, but there's going to be some operating undetected, maybe in your town/city.

Anyway, anyone else "fascinated" by serial killers? Not in a fixated way but more intrigued by them, how they killed etc?

There actually IS one (or more) loose in NY right now. One of the victims was a child. That shit is fucked up.

Watched this the other day as there's a movie coming out soon, or maybe is out already, based on these killings.

Yup, not sure what's going on now but the last major thing was that they were starting to suspect that there may be more than one killer.

I find serial killers interesting..mostly because I don't understand them...

...and because they report similar childhood experiences which makes me believe they are created...

something like 98.8% of all serial killers report a cold-very strict-overbearing mother..
...and serial killing IS classified as a sex crime

(not spree killing or killing for hire obviously)

some of the shit they do is just unfathomable - like
suspending bodies from rafters or trying to make people into zombie sex slaves..

Headhunters from the Naga tribe in India/Burma believe that by taking someones head..
- you gain a spirit servant in the magic realm..
and as a young man ..you are not allowed to marry till you have at least 1 spirit servant.

They don't even hate their victims..they just need them on the otherside..

I find it fascinating... Obviously it's sick as fuck but I can't help wondering what the fuck goes on in the minds of these sickos.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Napper

"In her sitting room, the 6' 2" Napper mutilated Samantha's body. He even took away part of her body as a trophy. The police photographer was off work for two years from the impact of witnessing the murder scene."

And there's those Dnepropetrovsk murderers, the 3 (or 2) lads who went round their village and killed 21 people within a MONTH...

I seem to remember reading somewhere that a lot of these people suffer from paranoid schizophrenia... But those guys didn't have anything wrong with them, they weren't mental or anything (although that's debatable)...

I've read that the shizophrenic ones get caught pretty quickly...they are messy

It's the socio-pathic ones you've gotta watch out for...the planners
They calculate everything and still manage to be hateful..

it's an ego disorder of some sort..narcissism maybe

I really dislike serial killers. Maybe that's unfair to say without having met one, but I think it's wrong what they do.
