Anyone else go to the album launch on Friday?

Apart from Boddika and Loefah, who should have had an hour each in my opinion, everyone else just played tearout/brostep/filth all fucking night long (someone even dropped Nasty Sprites), and some of the mixing going on was just village standard. Not as bad as in the bar room, but at least they played a bit of jungle there. Even Silkie's set was pretty disappointing.

I just thought it was pretty weird to have Loefah and Boddika on that kind of lineup.

really rate what you said about watching someone in the zone, and not just basing a tune's success on everyone going nuts in a dance. 'Cats Eyes' is a perfect example from the first album, when i first heard that in Nottingham in 2009 thats when I really knew dubstep was perfect for me, but the rest of the room was just standing around chatting when I eventually opened my eyes!

Usually the tunes that make everyone go nuts are the ones with the most limited lifespans.

Silkie always making great music, never boring. fully rate what u are on :W:
