Exported audio doesn't sound good

Hi, I'd appreciate if someone could help me solve this insane problem. I dl'ed a free VST called CVpiano by Tascam and I'm trying to export the audio from ableton live and it sounds grainy and out of sync.. what can I do to solve this

Seems like a lot of people are having export problems with ableton lately. You're definitely not the first I've seen recently
