Check out TMSV and Myrkur, leading names of Holland. We all know TMSV, absolute badman, and Myrkur has been doing some very beautiful shit as well. He's also done a collab with Von D, be sure to check him out.

Also cant forget about Gomes.

check out Boef en de Gelogeerde Aap, they are mixing dubstep with hiphop. We also got the NoizBoiz, Zwart Licht and Skinto, but they are more on the grime side.
