what i don't understand is how people aren't paranoid as fuck of getting a DUI?

I was raised to be petrified of drinking and driving (not from a safety stand point) but the fact that a DUI is gonna cost you either $10k or a few years on paper. If i even drink a beer call a cab because i dont want to have some bitch ass cop fuckin with me.

i've got two DUI's, did jail time for the second one. it's definitely not worth it. it's why i don't drink anymore.

Interesting fact - the most painful way to be killed is being boiled alive. All the nerve endings on your body being stimulated at the same time, and the pain only ceasing when your skin has come away from your bones and takes the nerve endings with it. The Christians used to use it during the Crusades for this very reason, apparently.

The dude drank, and drove. I loved Jackass, and Ryan was a legend, but that don't disguise the fact that he's a stupid tnuc. If he'd have hit a teenager, todays news and peoples views would be totally different.
