hey, help needed
im kind of new, and ive been trying to open albino in acid pro 7, ive done what your supposed to do by scanning folders for vsts, atleast i think that is what you are supposed to do, but i still cant seem to get it to properly open.

ive opened it in other vst hosts and and DAWs but for some reason i cant get it to open in acid

does it appear in the acid pro vst list?
If not you will need to add the specific vst folder to the plugin list to search for the vst.
Not sure if this is the solution though

hmmm no i do not want to be the next rusko, i just enjoy listening to dubstep and i thought messing around would be fun and interesting, however acid is the only full version daw i have on my computer so i would like to know how to open albino in the one daw that i will have for more than 30 days

and yeah dude sorry i can't help you...but its probably something stupid that your overlooking. make sure you have it saved in the right place and just check everything. hard for us to say when were not staring at your comp.

o lol sorry, but if it helps every time i try in scan albino in it goes under the failed folder in the plug in manager, the acid pro manual says if this happens that vst can not be used in acid, however ive heard of other people using albino in acid.

I used to use ACID Music Studio. If I remember correctly, Acid has its own VST folder separate from the standard vst plugin folder. It's hidden somewhere inside the installation directory. Copy the .dll file for albino from C:/Program Files/Vst Plugins to wherever ACID's vst folder is.
