Stupid Pitch Bend!!
So I've been having this very weird problem in Ableton 7 whenever I apply a pitch bend automation to a clip..I don't know if this is a Ableton-specific problem or just a something that happens during pitch bending in any DAW. After the pitch bend happens on my song's timeline, any subsequent notes that the pitchbent synth plays will be HORRIBLY out of tune. I noticed this most easily with synth/sub bass. Anyone else have this problem or know what could be happening? Any feedback is appreciated!
Re: Stupid Pitch Bend!!
after you pitchbend it you probably need to automate the pitch bend knob to come back to zero. not an ableton user though

XD. Oh no, I do automate it back to zero after the drop or whatever, but it's like if I were to play middle C after the pitchbent part (after its been set back to zero), the tone is harshly dissonant and distorted as if the pitchbent were not set to zero..grr. Thanks anyways man! anyone use ableton up in ere?!

I use Ableton, but I've never had that problem. What synth are you using?
