Mate excatly same here. Im in the office on the lower floor on my own, and both directors are out of the office all day so the tunes are well underway already! Also one of the guys upstairs is a bit of a basshead so hes always poppin down and givin me feedback as i go!

Respect to all the Office Steppers!

PEACE
Haha sick man, apart from the boys down in the workshop I'm the only person in the offices today. Plenty of peace :W:

I wish I could bring my laptop along to work. I have the night here pretty much free and all I can do is browse DSF.
By the end of my shift I'll be beat and barely able to keep my eyes open.

Maybe I'll grab an espresso on my way home haha

I bought 'Street Halo' last night. Have that with a few other new tracks on a cd in my car. Must say there's something curious about cruising through a parking garage blasting Burial while all of the elderly buisness men stare in utter confusion. This is probably the best part of my day, not gonna lie.

^this

I know i kinda missed the boat. i slept on Burial for mad long, and kinda didn't get what the hype was about. I bought Untrue on a whim, and fucking christ i was blown away, now i'm a total fanboy. copped everything else he's made.
fucking Burial is a class of its own.

It was the same way here, this is the first EP i've bought from him. I checked out some previews for other tunes before but it never seemed to catch my ears too well. This was some dankness though. Is it just me and my speakers, or is burial pretty light on the bass? My sub tends to play extreamly quietly at random times, so idk.

Nothing can match the vibes i get out of his tunes though. Words can't really describe it at all.

It really might be ur speakers. i found the bass prominent, but its really not the focal point. it's like an actual "bassline" to the piece, which is like sonic collages of music, samples. crazy. And i dunno exactly how or why, but any examples of his work that I streamed online sounded completely flat compared to the files on the CD when i play them back. on any system (all i use are cans, my hifi's and my car, which is stock but nice). When u get the real shit, it just comes to life.

anyway yeah i think theres plenty of bass

Nice.

I'm going here Saturday - http://www.wirelessfestival.co.uk/2011/ ... /#saturday

Friday will be spent relaxing, Sunday will be spent recovering. Liberal amounts of exercise/shopping/general chores to be dispersed as I see fit.

Maybe il notice it better on my way home when i got some thc up in my brain haha.

Random moment of realization: The only times i ever drive im either going to work in the morning, which im pretty dead during. And on my way home, when im even more tired and the added rush hour traffic makes me extreamly aggravated. Driving 2 1/2 hours everyday like this is killing me. I think i might need to buy a helicopter in the near future. This stress is bad for my health, man. Maybe i can get medical insurance to pay for it.

I can't shit either. :corncry:
