I am going to Hong Kong this thursday and was wondering if anyone could recommend things to do such as sites to see, record shops, markets etc

im here now, night market mongkok, go to the buddha lantau island, take the star ferry from central to kowloon side, hit one of the beaches (clear water bay), go out to lan kwai fong and wan chai, go to causeway bay, go to lamma island. so much to do

I only spent a couple days in hong kong and i did some pretty touristy things like the science museum but i did take the ferry across to wan chai, I was there when the Hong Kong Sevens were on so it was packed with laggo english people but it was a laugh.

Also if you get a chance, try some Pork Cheek, nicest pork i've ever had! my mate had pork knuckle which was fucking rank, basically just grissle :?

edit: and if you like spicy food there was a well nice Sezchuan (sorry for the spelling!) restaurant round the corner from where i was staying which was Chung King Masions in Tsim Tsa Tsui

ahhh for decent music not really, check out oysters and baby buddha they are on the same strip in lan kwai fong just ask people they'll know, the only sort of after hours place is buddha lounge most house-tech you might run into me haha
