on step two I dont have 'internal controller' showing when I link controller. Whats up?:)

Reaper has the option to either assign an lfo to a controller or you can open the automation lane and apply an lfo curve to the lane.
It also has a fair amount of different waveforms to play with.
Naturally you can edit after as you desire.

There's so much more to making wobbles than LFO syncing now, (as this thread attests to)...

I find a good tip for writing wobbles is to draw the bassline by hand as it were, in the piano roll rather than pissing about with fiddly LFO automation. The more you write you can sort of delete and copy and paste as you go, trial and error stylee, good fun and better than randomly scribbling a line of automation in :D

Did you load in the shapes into your project? By right-clicking one, then open in new channel? It should show up in your internal controllers list then

Actually I think I was curious as to what you do with the shapes! I think I just clicked on it once so it was highlighted tbh.
