Heavy Glitched Basslines

Post by tlmesi » Wed Jul 20, 2011 6:57 am

Hello all, I have a question about how some of you make glitched basslines. So far the only thing i really understand to do is use dblue or use gross beat, but that doesnt give me the hectic yet controlled feel. Personally, and i guess this is a touchy one here, i like skrillex. i was just wondering how to get something glitchy like the bass on Kill Everybody. I understand copycatting isnt the way to really get along, but i am just trying to have a bit of a learning experience reproducing some sounds, and building my style from diff experiences. And if you do post, could you please explain in some detail, there is still a few things that i dont understand. Thanks in advance.
