go to the OP, there is a link to it there.

but it's pretty simple:
-start a new gmail account
-go to blogger.com and start a blog
-apply for ad$ense by clicking on monetize link in the blog toolbar
-post at least once a day, join some communities and watch the moneys roll in

I managed to do it back in the day, but it was a ball ache doing it, and trying to get everyone else involved to do it. I really can't recall what was necessary. Shit, I couldn't even log into my blog account right now because some cryptic fuck thought it would be funny to set up strange passwords for my account (that was me, btw).
