Salvia and scary dubstep

Thought I'd share this rather weird experience with the ninjapeople.

So while I was prepping my salvia leaves (salvia=a psychedelic) I thought: I should pick some good tunes to listen to
during the ride. Stumbled upon the Juno podcasts and went with the 29th episode, not knowing it contained sheer basshorror.
Basically -without giving you a full discription- these are the tunes that stood out to me at that time:

umm... i dont know about you, but when i'm tripping salvia the last thing i'm noticing/paying attention to is the sound around me... it's a dissociative after all

depends how deep into the hole u go really, ive had 2 cones before and still been completely aware of everything around me (music included), but then ive had like 5 cones and seriously gone into the next dimension lol

If you smoke it shaman style, slowly over the course of a few hours, music is very useful. That's really the only time I enjoyed it. Dubstep is too "fast" though, I prefer this: http://www.discogs.com/Various-Ambient- ... ster/35373

I tried listening to dubstep on LSD but it was too dark. It started sending my mind to bad places haha

It just set a dark vibe. Not something you want on psychedelics. I remember not wanting to listen to dubstep at all, which is what I pretty much always listen to. I put on this song on in a car and sounded amazing.

I never listen to classic rock anymore either so it was weird that it sounded so good to me. It really made me look at music different. Just realizing how much influence music can have on your emotions.

I've never had a bad experience with dubstep and LSD. Its too fun to be on it, or mushrooms at a show. Shit, the best trip of my life was going outside and sitting in my roommates car and listening to Gabber/Industrial on college radio for 2 hours straight.

I had some of the 10x extract.
I had no control of what I recognized as music.
Everything reverted to Fantasia.
You know with the dancing animals n stuff.
Giraffes all in a line with top hats.
Elephants flapping their ears, etc.
And through all of this x-files was on tv.
From x-files to fantasia?

I smoked a bowl of 25x on my birthday once (happy birthday to me, right? lol ) and I got nothing at all that tripped me out. I did get this cool multiple instant replay of what I just saw 5 seconds prior to changing my line of sight and that was pretty awesome.

To the OP: What strength was the extract that you had?

Also...they made it illegal in Florida quite sometime ago so I've never got to try it again since then.

that's salvia, man.. i'm surprised you can put it into words. for me, it was another world where there were small cyclopses that built all elements of the world as we know it, and a sky queen who you couldn't see (too bright) that asked me a question i could not answer.

it's pretty nutty. i think the only time i've done it with music after a little while i just couldn't hear anything...

also if anyone is interested in getting really fucked up my mate did a 'salvia sandwich' before. that's a bong with a layer of salvia in between two layers of weed. he thought he was in the matrix and some kind of godly being and was basically just being a douchebag for about 40 minutes. very funny though and he even said quite enlightening (would not recommend though)

That`s how I smoke salvia.
I prefer it that way.

No-one should turn into a douchebag unless predispositioned to do so.
