Hey all,
I just formed a soundcloud and threw a few of my ideas up there. I'd appreciate any feedback.

Re: Feedback
Had a bit of a listen and overall you seem to have some good ideas. Musically these tracks are pretty good. Nothing really wrong with them, no horrible dissonance or major structural problems that most producers get. Synths are all pretty spot on, there are a few eqing issues and some of the synths come out a little damp or too tinny at times, but you seem to be on the right page and I imagine with a bit more time you'll be able to spot that stuff yourself very easily. Only other thing I could say is maybe listen to a few of your favorite producers and try and get a good grasp of how to structure track, there's nothing really wrong with what you're doing so far, just I imagine that might be one of the problems you're having that's stopping you making the normal 3 minute mark on a full tune. Like I said, sounding good overall, I'd give you advice but so far man and you seem to be on the right tracks and you seem to know where you're going with this stuff, so best of luck to you and make sure and post up any future stuff you get together. Big ups.

Thanks for the positive remarks!
They're all still works in progress... I've been working in a style where I'll work really fast on a tune, and then throw it in a folder with the rest of my ideas, named after the dates. Maybe once a month I'll go through and separate the ideas that I think could be developed further and dive in a little deeper.
I cut them off after the first chorus as a way of simply working fast, just to make sure the ideas are there for development later. They're totally unmixed too, as I've still got to work on adding some transitions, and programming the drums.
I'm thinking that once I've got six or seven of these ideas gathered, I'd work on polishing them.
Thanks again dude...
